HR MANAGER
Zoni Language Centers is seeking a strong bilingual hands-on Human Resources Manager.

This position will be based in downtown NYC, and some travel to local campuses in the NYC area will be required; we offer competitive compensation and benefits with bonus potential.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
• At least three (3) years of experience as an HR Supervisor/Manager for an employer with at
least 100 employees
• Excellent communication skills, superb command of the English language, written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus
• Strong skills and experience in recruitment a must, employee relations, project management,
and MS-Word/Excel
• The ideal candidate will also have training delivery skills and experience in salary/benefits
administration
• A degree in HR, business, or related field is preferred
• Candidates with current PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
• Experience in educational institutions a big plus
