Part-time/Adjunct ESL Teachers needed for a new language school in Northern Virginia / Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

The ideal candidates will be native English speakers holding minimum Bachelors degree in TESOL, have at least 2 years’ experience in ESL instruction and be able to teach a variety of ESL levels as needed.

Duties include the delivery of high quality English language courses by:

• Attending a one week training session
• Testing and placing students
• Adhering to established curricula and teaching method, using prescribed teacher’s guide and text books
• Managing classes, observing students’ progress and providing feedback
• Compiling a brief quality assessment report at the end of each one month term.
