TESOL – Assistant Professor, Tenure Track
The Oklahoma City University Department of TESOL is seeking an Assistant Professor of TESOL starting fall 2009. Serving approximately 75 graduate students, the department offers an M.A. and a certificate in TESOL. The preferred candidate will have a specialty in pedagogical grammar, TESOL methods and language assessment, and possess experience teaching ESL/EFL at the elementary or secondary level. Responsibilities include teaching 21 hours per year (3/4 load) in the TESOL Department, advising students, conducting research and other scholarly activities, as well as participating in school functions and serving on committees.
