St. Stanislaus College, a Catholic day and residency college preparatory school for boys in grades seven through twelve, is seeking applicants for a full-time, year-round faculty position in English as a Second Language.

Candidates applying for this position must have earned, at minimum, a degree in TESOL or a related field. A minimum of three years teaching experience is recommended. An ideal applicant will also have a successful history of organizing, developing or implementing ESL programs, courses or workshops.

Responsibilities will include: organizing and developing a curriculum-wide ESL program; teaching ESL courses, focusing on writing, reading and listening comprehension, and communication and study skills; conducting workshops in the above areas; tutoring and advising students; aiding international students in their cultural transition; assessing the abilities and needs of incoming ESL students; collaborating with faculty members of all disciplines; and communicating with administrative departments concerning international student needs.
