Job Responsibilities:* Effectively facilitate multiple training sessions, outline training objectives, goals, and desired outcomes, delivering content in a clear, concise and engaging manner, both in English and Spanish.* Train associates (Location Managers, Family Service Counselors, and others as necessary) on presentation materials and scripts.* Initiate and participate in role plays with associates and conduct follow-up feedback to ensure the concepts and body of knowledge is retained and demonstrated.* Experience with behavioral based adult learning techniques highly desired, with the ability to teach ‘one on one’ or class room based training.
Job Requirements: * Minimum 4 years experience training up-to 15-20 adult professionals in a classroom environment.* Must be bilingual in Spanish/English (read, write and speak both languages fluently).* Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office products and web based systems* Extensive experience with conducting Training classes using PowerPoint. * Demonstrate effective follow-up methods in one-on-one and group settings to gauge effectiveness of training.* Class audience are professional Sales Counselors – High energy, strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple tasks within specific periods of time is highly desired.* Ability to handle complicated questions/objections accurately and in detail.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish English.* Ability to be flexible and manage a changing work schedule. If you are interested in a career with SCI, please complete our on-line application for proper consideration!
