Teach Away is currently looking for experienced educators with a background in Early Childhood Education for advisory roles in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Kindergarten Advisors will manage groups of Kindergarten teachers as part of the education reform initiative in the UAE. Advisors will have similar duties to a vice-principal, but will also help with modelling, coaching, mentoring, and team teaching.
Kindergarten Advisors will typically be based in one school with an average of 10 to 12 Kindergarten teachers working under them. Each Kindergarten classroom will be led by a team of teachers: 1 native English teacher and 1 local Emirati teacher, and will be visited by their school advisor from time to time. Advisors are expected to be resilient, adaptable, and positive, and should have experience in one or more of the following positions: (1) teacher trainer, (2) manager/supervisor, (3) department head, and/or (4) vice-principal or principal.

Contract Duration: 2 years
Location: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Gharbia
Working Hours: 07:30-14:00, Sunday to Thursday
Monthly Salary: Lucrative Tax Free Salary
Visa: Sponsored by the school

REQUIREMENTS
• Masters Degree (in education or related field)
• Certified Teacher (certified to teach in your state/province)
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience
• Minimum 3 years of Admin/Principal Experience at the Elementary Level (preferred)
• Experience with educational reform or international teaching preferred
• Administrative / Department Head / (Vice) Principal / Management experience required
• Native English Speaker
