Thailand, with its golden beaches and world famous cuisine, is an ideal choice for anyone wishing to experience a different culture whilst working in a proffesion that genuinely ‘gives something back’. The cost of living in Thailand is very cheap compared to the USA and Europe, with basic goods costing roughly one third of that in the Western World. The choice of things to eat and do is amazing, with an average meal costing between 50 cents and $2.50 per person. Thailand also has numerous shopping malls and western eateries, for those who like to modern things in life. Of course, who could talk about Thailand without mentioning the beaches! There are a plethora of quality beaches to visit, from Bang Saen and Pattaya beach on the East coast, to Hua Hin on the Western coast, right down to the most popular beach destinations, Koh Samui and Phuket. Thailand really does have something for everyone!
