Worksite Japan is a recruiting company based on Hawaii, United states. An ALT is a person who is teaching English in the public school system in Japan. We specialize in hiring people, both domestic and abroad, who wants to try on teaching in a different atmosphere and environment.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and positive people willing to work extra as part-timers for recruiting and assistance during career fairs, visiting universities and more. It will be a job with only occassional duties, however we appreciate and value people who can show dedication and responsibility in their work.

ALTs in Japan are strongly needed, unfortunately we can not select everyone so we need people with a keen eye for talent and experience while still being friendly and open.

The job will allow for your own daily schedule to remain relatively unchanged, and there will only be certain days when your assistance will be needed. There is a possibility a representative directly from our company will be there to give guidance and assist at the time whenever an event takes place, and we will be further happy to offer advise in any matter and will of course give you the necessary information needed well beforehand.

We sincerely hope that candidates living in Hawaii will be able to contact us as soon as possible. Visit our homepage or send us an e-mail.
