• To support the DOS in duties such as preparation of lesson plans, design of materials and resources for TEFL students, translation and correction of documents, etc.
• To cover for TEFL teachers according to school needs.

General conditions

FULL-TIME CONTRACT: 34 hours per week

TIME TABLE:

• Monday to Friday between 4,00 p.m. and 10,00 p.m., and the remaining hours will be distributed in the morning.
• As a cover teacher, the contact hours to cover per week will be up to 24 hours per week.

The contract finishes the 30^th of June and includes SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS: full national health and social security cover.

PAID HOLIDAYS: According to the schools year calendar (whole course contract) there are usually 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at Easter, two days during the Fair in Cordoba and one week at the end of June, as well as all national and local holidays.

SALARY: 1292€ gross per month.

ASSISTANCE ON ARRIVAL: We offer assistance on arrival, help with finding   accommodation and legal paperwork.

Minimum requirements

•Native speaker of English or equivalent ability
•Education to degree level or equivalent
•A recognised, relevant teaching qualification*
•One year relevant teaching experience

• A working knowledge of Spanish valued
• EU passport or Spanish Work permit
• Competent computer user of Microsoft Office

* E.g. (for the UK)  CELTA; CELTYL; Cert. TESOL; PGCE (TESOL+QTS); BEd./PGCE (+ QTS & 2 years’ TEFL/TESOL teaching) or equivalent qualification from another country.
