Salary for a full month of working shall be in New Taiwan Dollars NT$53,000, to be paid on the 5th day of the upcoming month. If the payday falls on a holiday or weekend, the payday will be automatically postponed to the next working day.

A contract completion bonus of NT$30,000 will be paid at the completion of the contract period of an academic program? school year on the last work day

An additional Merit-Based Performance Bonus totaling NT$6,000 per semester will be provided on the 5th day of March for semester one and the last working day for semester two at the discretion of the Director and the Program Manager. NT$3,000 is allotted for the Immersion Program and NT$3,000 for the Elementary Program.
The employer shall provide an Attendance Bonus of NT$500 per week when the employee meets the above requirements for that week, for a total of NT$2,000 in any pay period. Partial weeks will be counted in the following pay period.

Employee is required to work for eight hours each day, five days a week. Working hours are 8:30am~5:30pm/ 9:00am~6:00pm/ 11:00am~8:00pm/ 11:30am~8:30pm/ 12:00pm~9:00pm or any combination thereof, Monday through Friday, with an hour break-time each day. The above working hours are considered the work hours for which the school pays the employee the basic salary.

The above working hours can include teaching the Immersion Program 12:00pm~4:00pm, Elementary Intensive Program 4:30pm~6:00pm, and Elementary Standard Program 6:30pm~8:00pm, Monday to Friday, and are an obligation for which the school pays the employee the aforementioned basic salary.

Teaching the Elementary Standard Program 6:30pm~8:00pm is scheduled by the school as required. The employee has an obligation to teach, and there is another hard-working allowance of NT$600 per class and a supplemental hard?orking bonus of NT$5,000 per month in addition to the basic salary. There is no hard-working allowance on holidays, days when the teacher is absent for any reason, or days when no class is scheduled. Should current enrollment not require the above scheduled classes to be taught, the supplemental hard working bonus will not apply.
