Teach English - Saudi Arabia | ESL TEFL Job

Location: Jazan – Saudi Arabia. Jazan is a sea facing city Southwest of Saudi.

 Size: Program starts with 300 learners, adding 500 learners every semester till reaching its max. capacity of 3000 for the whole 3 year technical college program. Foundation year max capacity is 1000 learners/year. Program:

    – 3 year Applied Associate Degree in Technical disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, etc.).

    – First year is a foundation year. 60-70% of which is English.

    – The year is 2 semesters each lapsing for 5 months.

    – Foundation year includes Math, PC skills, Soft skills & Sports.

    – This venture is an all boys college.

    – The program will expand to cover at least 2 additional colleges of similar or bigger size.

     – The program will have an all girls college in year 2/3.

Success Measure: Foundation year learners can only move to next year if they do 450 in TOEFL.

Starting Level: Zero. Learners enter the foundation year with almost no English capability.

 Engagement Type: may be fully outsourced to a well established organization, or fully insourced where we’ll be directly hiring the whole faculty, staff and program director. Employment: if insourced they we’d be looking at hiring a program director who will be accountable for setting up the whole program in a short period of time (5 months).
