Dear ESL Teachers,

Mail PaL is currently recruiting for freelance /part time English instructors who possess a passion for teaching written English to Japanese learners.

We are looking for online native instructors that live in the US, England, Canada and China.

Mail PaL is a unique one to one online English writing course that connects Japanese students to English teachers around the world. Instructors will be exchanging e-mails with students and are expected to edit and give tips to their e-mails.

Requirements;

Teaching certificate (CELTA, TESOL) or teaching diploma is a must.

•Is a native speaker

•Has experience teaching English as a second language for more than 2 years.

(Teaching experience in Japan is anadvanatage)

•Has a university degree from an accredited institution, or comparable work and life experience

•Has a strong knowledge of English editing, grammar, good penmanship and spelling.

•Has basic typing and computer skills

•Is professional at all times

•Has cross cultural understanding
