This is an excellent school in a great location. The school is located in Gangnam, which is south of the Han river in the South-East part of Seoul. It is a well-off district and is quite famous for its shopping and entertainment. COEX, the largest mall in Korea (with 17 movie theaters, aquariums, bookstores, restaurants, etc.) is located in Gangnam. This is one of the best districts of Seoul to live in.

Salary: 2.2million won/month
Housing: Single housing will be provided
Airfare: Reimbursed upon arrival*; return ticket will be provided at the end of the contract
One month salary bonus: One month salary bonus will be paid at the end of the contract
Health insurance: Yes, 50% shared between the school and the instructor
Pension: Pension payments will be matched by employer and paid in full when the instructor departs Korea
Teaching hours: 2 P.M.-9 P.M.
Hours/week: 30hrs/week (Monday-Friday, no Saturdays)
Students: Elementary (no kindergarten)
Class length: 45 minutes
Number of students per class: 12
Vacation: 10 days per year (1 week in the summer, 1 week in the winter)
Overtime pay: 25,000 won/hour
Number of foreign teachers currently at the school: 5

This is a really good position. Gangnam is a very popular area with lots of things to do. Chungdahm April is a very efficient and well-run institute. The facilities are clean and modern. They only cater to elementary students so there are no kindergarten classes. The hours are from between 2-9 so there are no early mornings and no split shifts. This position also includes a training period, which is nice as not all institutes offer that.
