Teach English - seoul/busan/daejeon, Korea | ESL TEFL Job

[Seoul][End Aug] YBM Inc. vs. Public Schools – Securest Contracts for the Fall

-A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US-

CORPORATE-OWNED AND OPERATED

As the world faces severe economic recession, including Korea, now more than ever is it crucial for esl teachers to choose the right teaching job with the right esl employer.  During the last financial crisis in 1997 when southeast Asia watched a number of its companies declare for bankruptcy and had to be bailed-out in billions of relief dollars by the IMF (International Monetary Fund), YBM Education and all its subsequent divisions still paid every one of its employees in full and on time including benefits and severance.  This is the kind of professional, financially-stable company that all esl teachers deserve to work for.

Visit our homepage (www.ybmecc.co.kr) for more about who we are, what we can offer you, as well as detailed descriptions and pictures of our ECC schools.

YBM ECC SCHOOLS OFFER MANY ADVANTAGES OVER PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Why you should consider our positions over public school positions:

-Choose the exact school and location that you want to work in.  Don’t leave anything up to chance.

-Smaller teacher/student ratio for greater effectiveness and more rewarding experience.  Our class size ranges from 6-12, whereas public schools range from 35-40)

-You will be applying directly to YBM Education headquarters’ hiring department and avoiding commission-based recruiting agencies.

-You will know exactly what to expect before stepping foot on an airplane. Including:

-         where your school is located

-         access to pictures of your school as well as your housing accommodations.

-Easy-to-follow course curriculum, no hours spent making lesson plans.
