We are looking for a mature, reliable, outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic teacher. We are ELI Academy and we are looking for someone to start from the beginning of Jan. 2009, or the beginning of Mar. 2009. Our school is located near Incheon International Airport (10 min by bus), which connects to a vast amount of bus routes throughout Korea and connects to Seoul by express train. It is a small and quiet town unlike Seoul or other noisy cities. Seoul is a quick and easy 30 min bus or train ride away. Our school teaches various age groups from Kindergarten to Adult. Most of our classes are 30 ~ 60 minutes in length. I am sure that our school is the most respectable, reliable, responsible and enjoyable place to work at within Korea. We offer fairness, honesty and an enjoyable atmosphere.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- five day work week (Monday through Friday)

- No Saturdays

- No more than 30hrs per week

- Contract: 1 year (renewable)

- 1 month bonus pay upon completion of your contract (severance pay)

- 2 weeks paid vacation (and all national holidays)

Monthly Salary and housing

- 2.2 million Won (depends on experience and education)

- Fully furnished single housing(brand new and HUGE)

Your airfare will be reimbursed upon arrival (or airfare for visa run will be provided to Japan, and return ticket to your home country at the completion of the contract), 50% of your medical insurance will be paid for by the school (in accordance with Korean law).

Requirements:

Native English speaker with North American Accent

BA/BS degree or higher

Teaching experience preferred, but not necessary

Enthusiasm about teaching and working with children (A Prerequisite)
