* between 21 and 50 years

* holding a Bachelor’s degree

* holding a passport from one of the 7 English Speaking countries

* of excellent health

* clear of any criminal records

* able to submit all visa documents by December 1st

* Expats need to have completed at least 10 years of education in one of these countries from Middle school
