Gimhae Foreign Language High School, or GIMFL, is a public, coeducational, college preparatory high school founded in 2006 with the stated aim of “helping students achieve their dreams in becoming future global leaders”. It is the only public foreign language school in Gyeongsangnam-do province, Korea, and was co-founded by the Office of Gyeongnam Education and Gimhae city. The school sits at the foot of a flora covered hillside. It is located in the new town of Jangyu, which is only a short distance from Gimhae, Busan, and Changwon. • Housing: Rent Free Fully Furnished Solo Flat (located in-campus)
• Teaching Hours: 20 Weekly Teaching Hours
• Employment Period: One Year Contract ONLY

Level 1 + four consecutive years of teaching at GNET

LEVEL 1+: 2.5 million KRW 2 consecutive years as a Level 1 within GNET

LEVEL 1: 2.3 million KRW
2 years of teaching experience with one of the following:
Master’s degree
Teacher’s/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (100+hrs) Certificate
Major in Education, English Education or English Language/Literature
Contract renewal as a Level 2+ at the same POE

LEVEL 2: 2.1million KRW
MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
Teacher’s/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (100+hrs) Certificate
Major in Education, English Education or English Language/Literature
Bachelor’s degree plus 1 yr full-time teaching experience
Master’s degree in any discipline

LEVEL 3: 2 Million KRW

TAX FREE- Tax Exemption for 2 years
