Full-time 25-30 teaching hours per week Monday to Friday + one Saturday or Sunday a month. Our school is located in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. 260,000yen /month (2500yen overtime). One year renewable contract starts MID MARCH 2009.
At our school you get to teach a broad range of students and levels. From basic kindergarten and elementary to intermediate junior high school and private classes to advanced business and conversational adults classes. Chance to teach and unique locations such as kindergartens, company offices, community centre and an airport. Some classes taught with Japanese assistant teacher. 45% of classes are adult or private student classes that you plan and choose what to teach.

REQUIRED international drivers licence, good work ethic, love children, a desire to live and work in Japan for a minimum of one year and able to teach pronunciation and daily conversation. Some simple addition proofreading work required. The teacher must be comfortable teaching various levels, toddlers to seniors. PREFER experience teaching kids English or university degree. visa sponsorship or renewal available.

APPLICANT NOT REQUIRED TO RESIDE IN JAPAN. No japans ability required. Large (2DKL apartment) fully furnished for 57,000yen + utilities. Apartment is 5 min drive from the centre of town and 2 minutes drive to a supermarket. Paid holidays, health insurance, Company car and petrol allowance provided. upon completion of the one year contract Half of the cost of your airfare will be reimbursed.
