REAL ENGLISH is currently seeking General EFL teachers and TOEFL / IELTS prep teachers to start work November 2009 to March 2010. REAL English is a friendly school which has always encouraged professional development among our teachers while delivering the highest educational standards within the classroom. REAL English has developed its own active teaching methods and materials which are used in all our programs. Our local ownership and community involvement set us apart from franchise operations. We are expanding from Yogyakarta to bring Real English to other major Indonesian Cities.REQUIREMENTS:• Native-born passport holder from the UK, Canada, the US, Australia or New Zealand• A recognized ESL certificate is preferable; however, we can also provide training• Experience in ESL teaching preferred• Team player who enjoys teaching all age groupsSALARY & BENEFITSWe offer a competitive salary based on experience and certification. Also, teachers are eligible for pay increases based on performance throughout the year. A one month bonus is paid upon successful completion of teacher contracts.HOLIDAYS:We offer 15 days of paid holiday per contract. Teachers also are free on all Indonesian national holidays.WORKING HOURS:Five days from Monday to Sunday from 1 – 9 pm with a maximum of 3 or 4 classes per day, along with availability on Saturdays. Saturday work means reduced weekday work.AIRFARE EXPENSES:Real English supply a Rp. 8 million reimbursement package for airfares.HEALTH BENEFITS:Real English will provide you with comprehensive hospital insurance and reimbursements for doctor’s visits.VISA AND IMMIGRATION:Real English will pay for and process your visa and work permits, and pay local taxes.ACCOMMODATION:We will provide accommodation for two weeks and help you find permanent accommodation during that time.We have teachers from Canada, the US, Australia, Britain and New Zealand.
