  i-osmosis is an online English education service that specializes in teaching written English. We are a division of Cactus Communications Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai (India), a leading provider of language services to the Far East. Since April 2005, we have conducted over 3000 online writing courses to adult learners. We have also created and taught writing courses for universities in Japan. Most of the 15 English instructors in i-osmosis are based in the Cactus office in Mumbai, and some work from home as freelancers.  We’re now looking for an ELT manager who will do the following:-          Implement effective ESL writing pedagogy in i-osmosis teaching.-          Lead efforts in using the online medium to teach effectively.-          Manage instructor performance, training, and recruitment.-          Supervise daily operations. We’re looking for someone who has this experience (at least):-          Five years in adult ELT. This requirement can be relaxed if you have an MA in TESOL.-          Two years in teaching English in Asia. We’re specifically looking for teachers who’ve taught essay writing.-          One year in using an LMS for online teaching.-          One year in managing or training English teachers, or in ELT administration. If you’re an ELT professional outside India, we will gladly sponsor your visa and provide you with relocation and accommodation benefits if you’re hired.
