EF English First, Tianjin is looking for native English speakers to join its team of professional and hardworking teachers - teaching English in China

EF Tianjin is an established and successful school. We opened our second branch in June 2006, our third school in June 2007 and will open our 4th in April. Due to our expanding business we have vacancies for 4 full time teachers, 1 senior teacher and 1 Director of Studies. Positions start now and through to June. We are building a team of committed teachers who can add value to the school in many ways, so we hope to find people from different countries with different backgrounds.

We teach a variety of classes so we require flexible teachers who can teach a range of levels and ages. Preference will be given to teachers who have experience in teaching kindergarten or business English. We are currently one of the leading providers of corporate English training in Tianjin and this aspect of our business is growing steadily.

Teachers must be native or near native speakers of English with a university degree and a TEFL certificate or equivalent. Teaching experience is an advantage but not essential. Teachers without a formal TEFL certificate but good teaching experience will also be considered.

Starting salary:

Teachers with no experience 5,500rmb pm for first three months, 6,000rmb for the 4th to 12th months.
Teachers with 1 years experience 6500rmb – 7000rmb pm
Teachers with more than 1 years experience salary is negotiable.

Senior teachers 8000rmb-8500rmb pm

Director of Studies minimum 9000rmb pm.
