Benefit package for ESL Teachers includes:
Duration of employment: A one-year Contract
Wage and payment: 6000 RMB/Month
Teaching load and schedule: 15 teaching hours per week, per teaching hours is 60 minutes
Transportation and communication allownce: 300 RMB
Housing allownce: 500 RMB
A bonus of 5000RMB will be given if fulfills a one year contract and a yearly summer tour

Teaching load and schedule: 24 teaching hours per week
Travel allowance: 2200 RMB
Housing allownce: 800 RMB, if you take the apartment you will not have the housing allownce
Air ticket purchase and reimbursement: 7000RMB airfare for one-year contract
