Teach English with Ministry of Education and United Nations Development Program!

Improve your resume and the world with the dynamic English Opens Doors Program. Sponsored by the Chilean Ministry of Education and The United Nations Development Program, English Opens Doors seeks highly motivated individuals to teach English to children in Chilean elementary and high schools.

All programs include Spanish classes, orientation, teacher training, host family accomodations, and a monthly stipend. 

The program offers two FREE ten-week summer programs, as well as longer 4,6,8, and 12 month programs that give volunteers the opportunity to learn Spanish and experience Chilean culture while having a positive impact on education in the developing world. For 2009, positions on 6 month , 4 month, and summer programs are still available!

A 600.00 USD fee for four and six month programs covers international health insurance, and offsets the costs of housing.
