In the continuity of its previous assistance, Government has pledged to support public administration reform process. As a part of this project, Civil Service Training & Development Center under IARCSC is responsible to deliver training to Civil Servants in various ministries in order to build their working capacities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct English language sessions according to the curricula.

2. Train the ministry staff.

3. Take part in grading students using testing methods that conform to ones already used with Cubes, to make for continuity and ease of comparison.

4. Carryout regular progress tests, with formal tests 2 times per month or as requested by the training manager.

5. Regular reports to be submitted to the training manager , with a formal written report at the end of each month.

6. Takes part in CBU staff meetings if needed.

7. Recording daily activities & trainees attendances.

8. Perform others duties will be assigned by the line supervisor.
 
Qualifications 1. High school graduate ,University is preferred.

2. Certified of Advanced English Language course (Advanced III)

3. Proven record in running successful ESL courses.

4. Trained in teaching English as a foreign language (Potential Teaching Training & Seminar for the Language Teachers).

5. At least 2 years of experience in teaching English language.

6. Experience in teaching all levels from beginner to advanced.

7. Ability to create and adapt materials to the needs of specific classes.

8. Resourcefulness in situations where the expected materials may not be available.

9. Independence in his/her preparation and teaching and flexibility in working practices.
