The Italian Cooperation (CI), started in 2004 its collaboration with the Afghan Ministry of Women Affairs (MOWA), financing the project “Professional Training and Women Enterprises in Kabul and Baghlan Provinces”; aiming to contribute to the improvement of the life conditions of the most vulnerable Afghan women. Namely, the project focus is to increase vulnerable women’s skill and knowledge by means of literacy courses, English and computer course, and vocational trainings, to empower their social conditions, both within the family and the society.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare teaching plans for Basic and Medium English level classes.

2. Provide regular feedback to the Italian Cooperation Social Program Office on individual student progress with a special attention to establish a mechanism to monitor student related issues such as participation, access, and achievements.

3. Provide the Italian Cooperation Social Program Office with monthly reports with student progress updates and related activities.

4. The teacher will be contracted and supervised by Italian Cooperation Social Program Office.

5. The teacher will also work closely and in contact with the Italian Cooperation Social Program Office.
 
Qualifications 1. Qualifications - Minimum High School graduate required.

2. Certificate or Diploma in English language by the certified Educational center highly recommended.

3. At least two (2) years professional work experience in English teaching (reference needed )

4. Excellent verbal and written communication in English Dari/Pashtu are required.

5. Good analytical, negotiating, communication skills, work experience.

6. Computer literate especially in Ms Windows, Word and Excel.
